Returns
1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Perishable items.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If the return is the result of our error, Viviho will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
1. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
2. Approved Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time frame:

4. Exchanges & Damaged Products
- Viviho does not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item (per this policy) and place a new order.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. Please keep the original packaging and damaged item for verification. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
